Shipping: Orders of dry goods/supplies will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Orders of 5 or more Verticle kits or Custom glasswork may require an additional 3 days. Dry goods will be shipped through UPS ground or USPS Priority mail.
Live Animal Shipping: Live amphibians will be shipped FedEx next-day air for a flat charge of $65, and only when temperatures are acceptable.
Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that the animals you receive will be alive and maintaining good body weight. In order for our live arrival guarantee to be in effect, we require that you be able to pick your animals up at the shipping facility within 3 hours of their arrival. You may request to have animals sent to a different location, but we may waive our guarantee if we feel that it is an undue risk.
If you believe that your frogs have died in transit, you must contact JungleBox.net by phone or email within 2 hours. We may request pictures or return of the corpses as verification of your loss. In the event of loss(es) during shipping, we will either refund your purchase price minus shipping, or send you replacement frogs depending on remaining stock.
Return/Refund Policy: Products purchased on JungleBox.net may be returned in unused and unopened condition within 7 days for a refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Live animals are not returnable. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
